PBIS
This year we are thrilled to continue Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS) at Rogers! PBIS is a process for teaching expected social and behavioral skills so students can focus on learning. We had a very successful year last year and were awarded the PBIS Bronze Award for promoting positive behavior and school-wide practices that lead to a safe and productive learning environment. This year we will continue to focus on our school wide expectations (also known as the Bear Behaviors) of Take Care of Yourself, Take Care of Each Other, Take Care of Your School and Take Care of Your World! We are extremely proud of our students in living out the Bear Behaviors and being students of integrity!
